Cathy Hendry

Cathy is an experienced HR consultant with a strong background in Remuneration Consulting both in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. Prior to joining Strategic Pay in 2010, Cathy worked for JRA Ltd where she assisted organisations in assessing Organisation Climate and Employee Engagement, in addition to 360 degree assessment and feedback.

Before moving overseas, Cathy worked in the Remuneration Consulting division of Sheffield Ltd where she was responsible for providing market benchmarking advice, and recommendations for Senior Management, Chief Executives and Directors across a wide range of industries. In London, her work with Hay Group Ltd  specialised in remuneration benchmarking, equal pay audits and pay structure design. In addition, she has experience in job evaluation, job mapping and market benchmarking approaches to remuneration, as well as reviewing and advising sales commissions and incentives for the health sector and high tech organisations.

Cathy has a conjoint degree from the University of Auckland in Psychology and Management and joined Strategic Pay in July 2010.
